Shipping Policy

**Shipping Policy**

We currently ship from Germany to customers within the EU and selected international destinations.

**Processing Time:**  
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.  
During product launches or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

**Shipping Methods & Costs:**  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method.  
We partner with reliable carriers such as DHL, Hermes or Deutsche Post.

**Estimated Delivery Times:**
- Germany: 2–4 business days  
- EU: 4–8 business days  
- International: 7–14 business days

**Tracking:**  
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.

**Shipping Delays:**  
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, weather, or force majeure.

**Damaged Packages:**  
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at: hello@thehappycompany.shop  
Include photos and your order number so we can investigate and offer a solution.

**Missing Shipments:**  
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.  
We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
