Refund Policy

**Refund & Return Policy**

You have the right to return products purchased from The Happy Company within **14 days** of delivery without providing a reason.

**Conditions for a valid return:**
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- The return must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

**Return Process:**
To start a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number and reason for return (optional).

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.  
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

**Refunds:**
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.  
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

**Exceptions:**

We cannot accept returns on:
- Used or damaged products
- Personalized or engraved items unless defective
